An experience I won't do again. Birthday party for 9 people. Although the place appears well-kept and fashionable, the rest of the evening was not at the same level. First of all, the head waiter and a couple of other waiters behaved rudely, arrogantly, treating us with an air of condescension. We were charged for the wine immediately, which we found curious; when one of the guests went to ask to pay later (since they had been informed that it would be a birthday party and it wouldn't be nice to pay in front of the birthday boy), he was rudely told "eh, you have to know the rules of the place", making us look bad. The rude head waiter took the orders in an annoyed and chaotic manner, rushing us, all while the wine was being served. Shortly afterwards, before the dishes arrived, two girls from the staff arrived to "collect" the dinner money with the paper envelope for cash payments (for which no receipt was issued) and the POS for card payments. One girl forgot to pay for dinner and was asked to go and pay at the register instead of returning to the table. I found it incorrect and anachronistic to charge men 25 euros and women 20. One of the dishes arrived incorrectly and the waiters brought it back to the table twice before having it redone as requested. Two guests had to go and ask three times for the cake we had entrusted to them to be brought to the table. This happened, but the saucers and forks were missing (they arrived at two different times, always following a request from one of the guests). The food was good, without art or part; the music suited to the evening, but too loud. Many of the customers were poorly covered by "clothes" that revealed too much of their person. I will never return to this place again and, in fact, I will not recommend it to anyone who asks me for information about it: they don't deserve my money nor my time.
